Internally, Carol takes care of our resources, both human and financial. As our resident neat freak and organization guru, Carol has kept TotalWorks humming along for the past decade. Externally, she lends her enthusiasm to client service, her passion for organization and her ability to think big to solutions architecture and her management expertise to everything she touches.
Carol has been involved in general management, operations, finance and human resources for over 15 years. Today, she helps to advance our strategic initiatives through a focus on combining process expertise with emerging marketing technologies and trends to drive efficiencies for TotalWorks and our clients.
Carol’s management career began in the hospitality and property management industries. At that time, she specialized in improving methodologies for training programs, inventory/facilities controls and financial reporting. Through it all, Carol’s passion has always been around people and collaboration. This passion for people and processes has her currently obsessed with the idea of social media and its practical uses for B2B marketers.
Carol is a graduate of Augustana College and holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing from the University of Illinois. She is a member of the National Association of Women MBAs, IPA – The Association of Graphic Solutions Providers, Chicago Interactive Marketing Association and the Society for Human Resources Management.
