Louise came to TotalWorks rather serendipitously. After her first career in engineering where she learned all there is to know about the hardware of a computer, and her second career in technical sales where she learned that exceptional client service is essential to a company’s success, she decided to learn the software and data management side of computing.

Her manufacturing and technical backgrounds make her a natural for the detail needed to capture the elements that warrant successful content management systems and automated publishing.

Louise holds an Engineering Degree from Alfred University; she earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and recently completed course work at DePaul University and is a Certified Business Architect. She is a member of IPA (The Association of Graphic Solutions Providers), BMA (Business Marketing Association) and CADM (Chicago Association of Direct Marketing).
